Kendal Mountain Festival 2011 - 17th-20th November.

Really excited about this year's Kendal Mountain Festival for many reasons, mainly our film being shown; KAYAK EUROPA, yippee! But there are some great things on this year, speakers, films, parties etc..

The film I'm looking forward to this year is Alister Lee's 'Moonflower'. Jon Bracey and Matt Helliker set out to try and climb a new route on the north buttress of Alaska's Mount Hunter. If it's anything as good as Asgard then I can't wait! Check out the trailer below:


There's Corey Richards and Anson Fogel's 'Cold', which documents Richards' (first American) winter ascent of an 8000m peak. I'm really excited to see this one, trailer below:


There's Bike Night, Wild Water Night, Snow sports Night to keep your mouths watering and the RAB party and free whiskey stand. This is where you get drunk and buy outrageously large down jackets that don't fit you just because their a bit cheap. Don't be fooled.
